Modernization of the Social Welfare Center of the Ochota District in Warsaw
As part of our comprehensive project, we carried out a major renovation of the building at Skorochód-Majewskiego 3 in Warsaw.
Our goal was to give the Social Welfare Center a modern and functional character, improving the comfort of use for both employees and beneficiaries. The project covered a wide range of work, including the interior, exterior, and surroundings of the building.
Project Description
Thanks to the modernization work carried out, the Social Welfare Center of the Ochota District has gained a modern and functional space that enhances the comfort of work and improves the support provided to those in need.
The comprehensive renovation has improved both the aesthetics and energy efficiency of the building, ensuring its long-term durability and user comfort.
Scope of Work
🔨Joinery and Finishing
As part of the modernization, we installed new windows and doors, which not only improved the building’s aesthetics but also enhanced its thermal and acoustic insulation.
We carried out comprehensive finishing work, refreshing the walls, ceilings, and floors to create a modern and welcoming interior. To improve safety and convenience for users, we installed balustrades, handrails, ladders, and fully equipped toilets and social rooms, ensuring full functionality.
🚰 Sanitary Installations
We upgraded the water supply, fire protection, and sewage systems, adapting them to the latest standards. Additionally, we installed a modern central heating and ventilation system, significantly improving the building’s comfort and energy efficiency.
💡 Electrical Installations
We replaced outdated electrical installations with modern solutions that ensure greater efficiency and safety. A new electrical panel, interior lighting, and surge protection systems were installed, improving the building’s overall functionality.
🏢 Facade and Surroundings
The exterior of the building underwent a major transformation – thin-layer plaster was applied, and a fresh coat of facade paint gave the facility a modern and refreshed appearance.
Additionally, we incorporated small architectural elements to enhance the aesthetic character of the building.
🌳Landscaping
We didn’t forget about the surroundings – we took care of the space around the building by planting new trees and lawns. This helped create a pleasant and aesthetically pleasing environment that fits perfectly into the modern image of the center.
