Comprehensive implementation for EDINA Vetcare Group klinikavet24h.pl Szczecin
A former banquet hall and mechanical workshop in Szczecin underwent a complete transformation thanks to the comprehensive efforts of Imago Group. The project for the Edina Group network turned out to be the largest undertaking in their collaboration so far, requiring a total reconstruction of the facility and the implementation of advanced medical technologies.
Project Description
As part of the project, within just 3 months, we carried out a comprehensive adaptation of a 400 m² building, completely transforming the former banquet hall and mechanical workshop into a specialized veterinary clinic. The scope of our work included, among other things:
- Demolition and dismantling works – complete removal of existing equipment, installations, and partition walls.
- Structural reconstruction of the building – construction of new internal structures, division of space into diagnostic offices, operating rooms, specialized laboratories, and technical facilities.
- Comprehensive electrical installations – creation of a brand-new electrical system from scratch, including the installation of a modern switchboard, safety systems, and lighting that meets medical standards.
- Sanitary and heating installations – full implementation of water and sewage systems and building heating in accordance with the latest standards.
- Ventilation and air conditioning – installation of two independent ventilation units ensuring proper microclimate in clinical, surgical, and diagnostic rooms.
- Specialized diagnostic imaging rooms – preparation of X-ray and CT scan rooms with full radiological protection using lead shielding.
- Fire protection systems – implementation of fire safety systems in compliance with current safety regulations.
- Access control and monitoring systems – comprehensive security solutions for the facility, including video surveillance, entry control, and restricted access to specialized rooms.
- Medical-grade interior finishing – installation of specialized floors, walls, and ceilings that meet the highest sanitary, hygienic, and technological standards.
- Multidisciplinary coordination and investor supervision – ongoing quality control, coordination of various teams, and ensuring compliance with project documentation and investor requirements.
From challenge to success
The biggest challenge was adapting a space that had previously had no connection to medical services.
From complete demolitions and structural adaptation to specialized installations – every element of the project was carefully planned and executed in accordance with the highest quality standards.
Thanks to close cooperation with the specialists from the Edina clinic, we were able to tailor the spatial layout perfectly to the needs of veterinarians and patients. The CT lab, diagnostic offices, surgical and post-operative rooms were designed to meet strict technical standards and ensure a comfortable working environment for the clinic’s team.
