Comprehensive Project for EDINA Vetcare Group – Brynów
As part of our collaboration with EDINA Vetcare Group, we had the opportunity to execute a project for a modern veterinary clinic and animal hospital.
This project required not only an innovative approach to construction and finishing but also special structural preparation, particularly because EDINA specializes in veterinary dentistry as well.
Project Description
Our task was to create a space that combines modern technological solutions with functionality and aesthetic design.
The project was divided into multiple stages, including construction work and comprehensive interior finishing, ensuring the continuous operation of the clinic throughout the entire construction period.
Scope of Work
- Construction Project:
We prepared a detailed project that became the solid foundation for all subsequent work. - Temporary Clinic:
We set up a container-based clinic, allowing for uninterrupted patient care during construction. - Structural Reinforcements:
We carried out necessary reinforcements and modifications to ensure the durability and safety of the building. - Space Remodeling:
Demolition of walls and ceilings opened up the space for a new, modern layout. - Finishing Works:
Our team conducted comprehensive finishing work, including the demolition of partition walls and the removal of old floor and wall tiles. - Radiological Insulation:
We installed lead plates in the walls to protect rooms from radiation, ensuring safety for X-ray technicians. - Installation Modernization:
We redesigned and reconfigured installations, removing unnecessary water, sewage, and electrical points. Then, we installed modern electrical, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. - Interior Arrangement:
This phase included installing suspended ceilings adapted for air conditioning, painting walls, and laying new floor and wall tiles. - Carpentry Installation:
We installed new interior and exterior doors, emphasizing the modern character of the facility. - Additional Specialized Works:
We removed old animal restraint system elements and carefully sealed openings, ensuring a safe and aesthetically pleasing interior.
